Originally the second person involved with Rochecon, since Tim has stepped down, Justin is now the full Head Otaku for the Rochecon, and should be contacted for all Rochecon business. Currently Tim's mom. Since Tim doesn't always behave himself in public, you might want to try to tell his mom about something he did that was rude or inconsiderate. Please keep in mind that Tim is 35 years old, and is not going to change, so this would be a waste of time!

His real name is Tim - He spends most of his time in his Anime room either watching Anime or playing video games. He is the unique combination of Lord Ill Pallazzo from Excel:Saga, and Rocco from Undergrads. If you want to know what that means, just email him! He loves to explain it to people!
